  • Put some salt, black pepper and oil.
  • Knead the dough soft and let it rest for 10-20 minutes. 

Stuffing Preparation

  • Take some grated paneer and potatoes in another bowl.
  • Add some grated veggies like carrots or radish and spices for taste.

How to make Puri?

  • Make round dough balls and roll them a bit.

  • Take a pan and heat the oil.
