Orders placed before 4:00 pm IST on a working day are processed for dispatch the same day. Orders placed on a holiday are processed on the next working day. Dispatch takes place on working days only.
Shipping and tracking
We pack products carefully to help prevent leakage and damage. Once your order is dispatched, we email the tracking details. You can also check your orders through My Account and track the parcel with the logistics partner. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
- If an order is cancelled, lost, or undelivered to your preferred location, the full order amount, including shipping charges, is refundable, subject to the delivery exceptions below.
- Shipping charges are not refunded for partial cancellations or returns of delivered orders.
Returns: contact us within 3 days
To request a return, email info@nammaveedu.com or call +91 89257 07744 within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order or invoice number so our team can assist you.
- Keep all labels, manufacturer tags, the invoice, and original packaging intact.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Free gifts and items marked non-returnable on their product pages are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
- Returns without the original tags, invoice, or packaging are not accepted.
How to send a return
Contact customer care for the return address and instructions before sending your parcel. Reverse pickup is not available; please use a reliable local courier. Write the invoice number on the address label. Self-shipping costs are reimbursed up to ₹100.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7–15 working days after the returned product reaches our premises or warehouse. Electronic payments are refunded to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to display the credit.
A refund is not available while an order is shipped or in transit, or when delivery cannot be completed because the buyer is unavailable, the contact number is unreachable, or an incorrect address was supplied.
For orders containing several products, you may request a refund for an eligible individual product. Individual items within a bundle cannot be refunded separately. Shipping charges are not refundable for partial returns or exchanges.
