Ragi flour in Karnataka is mostly prepared into ragi balls, popularly known as ragi mudde. Finger millet is also made into flatbreads, leavened dosa, and unleavened rotis. Its high fiber content also treats constipation, high blood cholesterol, and intestinal cancer.
